For your appointment please wear in clothes you can freely move in and also good footwear to get the most out of the session.
Clinic Appointments:
Initial and Follow up clinic appointments available for a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions. We are also registered with AXA to provide their patients with optimum care too.
Initial appointments last between 45 minutes - 1 hour and will focus on a full assessment, education, treatment and a individualised exercise programme provided electronically too.
Follow up appointments are approximately 45 minutes and will include a review assessment of the injury/issue, further education, treatment and progression of your home exercise programme should this be indicated.
We aim to help you become independent in managing your pain/injury as quickly as possible and ensure you are progressing as expected. Should there be any concerns, we are also able to liaise with other health professionals such as your GP or consultant to suggest any further investigations or reviews.
Virtual Appointments:
There are other ways that you can receive a comprehensive assessment from your home. Virtual appointments are offered for any problem you may have. The session will usually consist of gaining a history, assessing via video, providing personalised advice and education and also a personalised exercise programme to help improve your symptoms. This can be shared eletronically with you following the session.
