Hannah Cotterrill
I completed my BSc (Hons) Physiotherapy degree at Bournemouth University in 2017 and now practice as a HCPC and CSP registered Senior Chartered Physiotherapist. Upon graduation, I decided to go straight into Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy as this was identified as an area which I enjoyed most. After 18 months I was promoted to a Senior Physiotherapist becoming responsible for a larger, more complex caseload of patients, plus supervising physiotherapy students and juniors. I have worked at the Virgin Money London Marathon yearly for injuries along the course. In 2019 I was lucky enough to lead the physiotherapy station at the marathon.

I have completed further CPD courses in Rheumatology, knee pain, identifying serious pathologies, hand therapy, vestibular rehabilitation, shoulder injuries and paediatrics. I am also currently working on a research study looking into the experiences of elective orthopaedic patients rehabilitation within an NHS setting.

To further my knowledge I have completed my MSc in Veterinary Physiotherapy and qualified in 2021 to be able to treat horses and dogs. I have in this time conducted research into utilising INDIBA for tendon and ligament injuries in horses.
